The Lodging Experience

As you turn onto the long driveway you will view a magnificent and secluded, luxury Bed & Breakfast set back into the forest. The exquisite home has over 8,200 square feet of space with elegant decor. Trimmed with ash hardwood crafting taken from our property.

The home is decorated with modern furniture and family heirloom antiques and has a wildlife theme.

We have five spacious guest bedroom suites each with its own private bathroom. The four upstairs rooms have vaulted ceilings.

The whole downstairs is heated with in the floor radiant heat. Whether on the carpet or the beautiful tile floors, your feet will be warm during the cold winter months. All rooms have ceiling fan lights.

We pamper you with room amenities.

Amenities:

Bed & Breakfast Rooms do NOT have a TV, Phone, Internet Access, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Jacuzzi tub, Frig, or handicap access.

The Common area DOES have: A 36” TV up stairs in the Great Room (Direct TV Satilite) and a TV downstairs in the Dining Room Parlor.

The Dining Room HAS coffee and beverage service and snacks.

Full access to OUR Commercial Kitchen with 2 microwaves and an additional refrigerator/ freezer for storage.

Laundry faciflties available for an additional charge

Arrangements can be made to use our computer/office for internet/email service.

We have Flat Rate Long Distance, so we do not charge for long distance calls, there is an outgoing courtesy phone in the great room and foyer that guests can use.

Meals other than breakfast in our dining room can be arranged at an additional charge.

All Bed & Breakfast Rooms provide linen and towels and maid service.

Policies:

•Rates are per night and include a full breakfast (rates are subject to change without notice and do not include state and local tax).

•6.5% MN tax will be added to all charges.

•3% local lodging tax will be added to your room charge.

•All rooms are with private baths.

•All rooms are with either a queen or king bed.

•An additional bed made up in the room $5.

•A third person in the room is an additional $20 (includes the $5 bed charge).

•All reservations are confirmed by advanced payment or credit card guarantee.

•A minimum of one night's stay or 50% of the total stay is requested on all advance reservations.

•All deposits are due seven (7) days after booking to guarantee the reservation.

•Credit Card guarantees will not be charged until guest arrives, however in the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

•Cancellations require a 10 day advance notice. If you cancel within less than ten days notice and we are able to rebook the room, you will receive a refund.

•Cancellations will be charged a $10 fee.

•There is a 20% service charge for returned checks.

•Visa, Master Card, travelers/personal checks and cash are accepted.

•Check In at 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Check Out at 12:00 noon (arrangements required for early check in/out or late check in/out).

•Late arrivals after 6:00 p.m. must be pre-arranged.

•A two (2) night minimum on weekends required.

•Please, no food or drink in the bedrooms.

•You may schedule a massage with the Manger Sundays through Fridays only (rates: A Half Hour-$30; 1 Hour-$50)

•Our home is available for business, extended stays, groups, weddings, honeymoons, reunions, anniversaries, and anytime you want to just get away!
